Uche Dimiri is a drilling specialist with over 35years experience in the Oil and Gas sector. He has run rigs, successfully drilled several wells and advised major clients such as ExxonMobil, Chevron, Shell, Total, Agip, Conoil, and numerous Nigerian Companies across the industry. He is an entrepreneur who possesses the grit to venture into new markets, start new business and succeed; Uche holds a Masters in Petroleum Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics.

Michael Irabor is a Petroleum Engineer with core competences in drilling, drilling planning, operations,economic/financial analysis, assessing drilling project feasibility studies/execution, contracting and business management. He has over 26 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas industry, which include 11 years continuous work experience with the Mobil Producing (Nigeria) Unlimited, a subsidiary of ExxonMobil Corporation, where he left as a Drilling Materials Coordinator.He also worked with Dowell Schlumberger, Sedco Forex Schlumberger Nigeria and Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC). He currently runs the Nigerian operations of Total Premier Services, a provider of OCTG solutions across the world.

Sobere is an entrepreneur with clear vision, vigor and dexterity. He has over 26 years cognate experience in drilling fluids, mud engineering and production chemicals services in Nigeria’s oil and gas sector. He has successfully executed major deep water, offshore, onshore mud engineering projects for all the major International Oil Companies in Nigeria -Usan-Exxon/Agbami-Chevron/Bonga-Snepco/Ofon-Total and Egina-Total (which ranks as one of the largest drilling and exploration campaigns in West Africa-in excess of 5,000ft water depth.). He has left dominant footprints in the energy sector, transforming drilling fluids engineering with his core values of excellence, continuous improvement and integrity. He has a BSc in Accountancy and has also obtained sustainable business management certification from the Harvard Business School, Boston, MA.

An award winning sustainable development practitioner with over 25years experience in the oil and gas sector. He offers a deep knowledge of the biophysical and social dynamics of the Niger Delta environment including community relations and security affairs. He has worked with all international oil and gas companies operating in Nigeria and supports several Nigerian independents and marginal field operations in deploying proactive or compliance driven sustainable development solutions and permitting. Victor holds a MSc in Geographical Information Systems and BSc, in Petroleum Engineering.
